All information transmitted through this Channel will be treated confidentially. The Channel allows anonymous communications. Suncraft guarantees at all times the protection of the rights of the whistleblower and the person concerned as provided for in Law 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory violations and the fight against corruption.
Who can use the Communication Channel?
This channel is available to employees, members of the governing body, interns, job candidates, former employees, personnel of Temporary Employment Agencies, collaborators, suppliers, customers and any third party affected or who may have knowledge of facts that may constitute non-compliance with regulations or behavior contrary to the company’s code of ethics.
